Tickets & Gate Admission 

• Tickets for Special Smiles Day VIPs and one (1) companion, can be retrieved at Gate 5 ONLY. 
• For additional family members of Special Smiles Day VIPs, tickets can be purchased, at regular price, at Gate 5 starting at 9 a.m.  We will also accept advanced purchased tickets at Gate 5 anytime after 9 a.m.

Parking

• The Palmetto Street lots, across from the  Administrative Office, will be used for Special Smiles Day VIPs. Look for signage. 
• Special Smiles Day parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available at privately owned lots (Bryan Elementary and Tomlin Middle School) for a fee. The festival’s Raleigh and Doris Fletcher handicapped parking lot, located across from Gate 1 is also available for $10.
• Buses will be allowed to drop Special Smiles Day VIPs at Gate 5. We encourage all drivers to enter on the north end of BerryFest Place. The bus parking lot is located at Reynolds Street and Edwards Street. 

Miscellaneous

• A Special Smiles Day map will be provided to you upon arrival. Click here to view the Special Smiles Day map. 
• Available rides and attractions will be marked on the Special Smiles Day map. Two (2) $5 Special Smiles Day food voucher coin will be given to the first 1,500 Special Smiles Day VIPs and will be accepted at any Kiddie Korral or Armory Back vendor, located near East Independent. 
• Wheelchair and wagon rentals are available at Gates 1, 14, 16 and the Tour Bus Lot across from Gate 10. 
• A “Sensory Safe Space” is located at the Kids Coloring Corner, near the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo Kiddie Korral, Florida Strawberry Growers Association Display, Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Pavilion, Citizens Bank & Trust Comfort Zone and the Florida Strawberry Festival History Center & Gift Shop.
• Mr. & Miss Berry will be available from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. to take pictures with Special Smiles Day VIPs and their families. 
• Law enforcement and EMS services will be available beginning at 9 a.m.
