Artist Will Call

Artists’ representatives will disclose to the Solution Source Construction Box Office their will-call information one hour prior to showtime. The Festival has no knowledge of individuals listed on the Artist’s Will Call sheet until provided on the day of performance. All individuals listed will be notified by the Artist, Artist’s representative or personnel affiliated with the Artist prior to performance. All patrons must stop by the  Solution Source Construction Box Office Will Call window located under the GT Grandstands, at the southwest corner of the TECO Expo Hall to receive their tickets unless otherwise instructed by an Artist’s representative. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of pick up.

Solution Source Construction Box Office Will Call

Tickets purchased after February 2, 2026 may be picked up at the Will Call window located at the Florida Strawberry Festival® Solution Source Construction Box Office on the day of the concert, or during our 11-day event. All patrons must stop by the  Solution Source Construction Box Office Will Call window located under the GT Grandstands, at the southwest corner of the TECO Expo Hall to receive their tickets unless otherwise instructed. Patrons must present a valid photo ID  to receive tickets. All tickets purchased over the phone are mailed out no later than February 2, 2026. Tickets purchased after that date will be held for pick up at the Solution Source Construction  Box Office.
