COVID-19 vaccinations (Johnson and Johnson) are available to Florida Strawberry Festival guests today, Sunday, March 14th. 500 vaccinations will be available on a first come, first served basis at the green bus inside the grounds by Gate 1 and will close at 7 p.m. tonight OR when all 500 vaccines are gone. The vaccine will be provided at no charge for those who meet the requirements below. Those eligible MUST provide photo identification proving eligibility and a government-issued photo ID. This Johnson and Johnson vaccine requires only 1 shot.
The following groups are eligible to receive the vaccination:
▪️ Long-term care facility residents and staff
▪️ Persons 65 years of age and older
▪️ Health care personnel with direct patient contact
▪️ K-12 school employees 18 years of age and older
▪️ Sworn law enforcement officers 50 years of age and older
▪️ Firefighters 50 years of age and older
▪️ Those with a state form filled out by doctor and signed
