VENDORS, EXHIBITORS & CONCESSIONAIRES

Want to become a Vendor?
Some BERRY important things to consider BEFORE submitting an application...
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING!
  • The festival runs for 11 consecutive days, and vendors must commit to being present for the entire duration. Booths must be staffed daily from 10 a.m. to at least 10 p.m. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not apply.
  • The festival attracts more than 625,000 attendees, so ensure you have enough inventory to meet the demand.
  • Booth fees start at approximately $1,000, with prices varying based on size and location.
  • You cannot request a specific location; placements are made as openings become available. We accept very few new vendors each year due to a high return rate. Be prepared to apply annually and exercise patience. While we maintain a waiting list, it is not based on a first-come, first-served basis.  WE HAVE VERY FEW OPENINGS THIS YEAR.
  • Unique products are encouraged!  We prioritize unique products to avoid overstocking.
  • Applications will ONLY be accepted online. No exceptions!
  • Once your application is received, you WILL get a confirmation email. Someone will contact you, IF YOU ARE SELECTED. Good Luck!
